Which username and password should I use to login?

For teachers and staff, please use your GGUSD Aeries or email (Without the '@ggusd.us') username and password. For students, please use your Google (Without the '@ggusd.net') username and password. Your password is case sensitive.

I am receiving the error "Your username and/or password was incorrect (1326)". What should I do?

Please double-check the information you entered. It is possible you typed your username and/or password incorrectly. Usernames should not be entered with '@ggusd.net' or '@ggusd.us'. Passwords are case sensitive - you may need to check for Caps or Num Lock.

Can I continue working immediately after resetting my password?

Yes, you can. After the password reset, you can logon with your new password immediately and continue working. Please remember to update all of your devices with your new password to avoid getting locked out.

Can I only reset my password if I am enrolled in this program?

Yes, that is correct. You must be enrolled before you can change or reset your password and unlock your account.

Is the webpage too big or too small? Cannot see certain parts of the webpage?

Please try zooming in or out on your web browser. In order to zoom in, press Control (Windows) or Command (Apple) and the "+" key. To zoom out, press Control/Command and the "-" key. You may also try clicking on the white bar next to the word "Wizard" and drag the center window around to adjust its position.
